About the shop
What we are
Mavistock is the online shop of WHATECH MOBILE CO., LIMITED, a Hong Kong company that buys the goods it sells, ships them and answers for them afterwards.
Everything on this site — the pages you are reading, the advertising that may have brought you here, and the parcel at the end of it — comes from that one company.
What the company does itself
- It built this website and runs it.
- It runs the advertising and the Google Ads campaigns, and holds and pays for the advertising accounts.
- It buys the goods it sells and owns the stock.
- It takes your order and confirms it by phone.
- It ships the parcel and collects payment on delivery.
- It handles returns, refunds and the guarantee.
- It is the controller of your personal data.
